Boater License Requirement

Must be age 18+ to rent a jet ski.

A valid photo ID and a valid credit card on file are required to rent.

Anyone born after January 1st, 1988 is required by Florida State Law to have a temporary boating license.

No one under 14 can operate a jet ski in Florida. A damage waiver is required to be signed and a major credit card is provided for any possible incidental damages.
IMPORTANT: Regardless of whether you need a boating license or not, anyone operating a jet ski rental must have a valid government-issued photo ID with them on the vessel.

Major credit card for a $200.00 deposit per jet ski. The deposit is not the limit of your financial liability, and you are responsible for any damages incurred during your rental.

A non-inflatable wearable personal flotation device (PFD) approved by the state should be worn at all times (provided by WWR).

A person operating a personal watercraft is required to attach the engine cutoff switch lanyard to his or her person, clothing or PFD.
